1078 DORCHESTER COUNTY. [ART. 10.

1872, ch. 442.

320. Nothing in the code of public general laws relating to
wild fowl, shall be construed to prohibit any citizen of Dorchester
county, or any person to whom any citizen of said county may
extend the privilege, from shooting at or shooting from any sink
boats, any water fowl in or over the waters of Choptank river, or
its tributaries, within the limits of said county, at any time from,
day-break until dark, on any Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday.
